I'm almost done with season 2 of TNG but I've just read that star trek goes full retarded woke and starts running ads for democrat politicians in the middle of episodes later on
should I just stop watching this ****** **** right now?

It's predates woke by about 2 decades. Season 3 on is when the show hits its stride.
