Oh! No Anna! Don't!!!
We don't wish luck to people within the theatre, it's back luck to do that.
We say "Break a leg" and that means the same as good luck but it doesn't jinx it - I don't know why?!?
Thanks for the support, I'm sure we can get Bobby through this

Technically Bobby if from the North of England Elle but being from oop North is somewhat similar to being Southern Scottish. We've got the Lake District between us and that's sort of like a baby version of the mountains proper like in Wales and Scotland

Well this is very touching indeed.
My nervousness and anxiety are still sky high of course but this has eased things slightly and given me a smidgen more confidence.

Honestly I would just be happy to land a place in the ensemble. You still get the glitz and glamour of the stage and sometimes they give members of the ensemble a line to say and that would be nice.

Thank you Juan, it is me as a handsome Prince.

Iβm afraid though Juan that my confidence has taken further knocks.
I went out to she shops today and when I returned I noticed that a bunch of my awful neighbours were stood about talking (theyβre always outside their houses chatting in groups). Anyway as usual they looked my way at me approaching the house, started whispering to themselves and laughing. I tried to ignore them as usual but couldnβt this time as I really did not need it, so before I went in the front door I turned back to them and shouted βwell you might all laugh at me but it is ME going to these auditions tomorrow and Iβm going to get a PLUM ROLE!!β which made them laugh much harder as I went inside. About five minutes later I looked out of my bedroom window and noticed them all still there chatting away. My temper got the better of me so I opened the window with the intention of shouting βsedagiveβ at them, but you know how much I struggle with that one so I instead shouted down βSEDATIVEβ at them. They looked up and Iβm immediately laughed at and cajoled and do you know what I did? I shut the window, dived on my bed, head under pillow and cried loud and long.

Don't let positive things like that knock your confidence Bobby
The great thing about experiences like that is you are getting all the silly mistakes out of the way and so won't repeat them when the time comes.
Heck, I wish I'd made all my mistakes as early on as possible so that my jib would have been a nicer cut straight at first gust
But that's not how it works Bobby, we get there slowly but surely learning along the way and your neighbours, without know it, gave you a huge boost in confidence today by having you stand up to them
Now while the line might have been wrong, the intention was not - and that's the secret!
Keep up the good work Bobby and you'll be prancing around the stage like a trooper in no time.
What time is the audition tomorrow Bobby?
