There's not much to work with in the English one because I don't recognise any of the actors but the framing, costume and overall presentation of it all makes me think of something directed by Lawrence Gordon Clark. But he didn't get to do many works in black and white and so I'm thinking this is older and more establishing for directors to come.
The cowboy one is making me think of something of the Cinecitta period of spaghetti Westerns with a comedic flair. But there's tonnes of them and so whittling it down with only that gif is pretty hard. I have seen it though so perhaps that will pop back into my head.
The one below is super easy and is probably where Ophelia from Trading Places was conceived

Oddly enough I haven't heard of Will Hay outside of Bob Monkhouse saying he was inspired by him in some of his interviews. A quick Google search showed him to be a man of repute from right before my knowledge of interest in British cinema.
Seems like there are a few YouTube videos out there on him and so a nice Sunday afternoon figuring out about him sounds about right
Thanks for bringing him closer to my attention

That will be your movie listed above then!
But yes and thank you. I'll give it a go. It was shown on Google with a search of his name and so it seems to be liked enough to show up there.
I'll download it and give it a watch on the TV away from the computer later on

I'm a big Bob Monkhouse fan and he's mentioned Will Hay often enough in his interviews but I just presumed that it was a working man's club performer who was well known before TV or film got as popular as it did.
So certainly a treat and I will lower the lights and pull the curtains on your advice
