I don't know about factual accuracy, but I absolutely adore THE HELEN MORGAN STORYsomething about that movie is imminently watchable. Ann Blythe's 2nd best role behind MILDRED PIERCE and Paul Newman was smoking hot.

Really want to see Patton, Last King of Scotland, and finish Ghandi (tragically didn't finish the film).
I can't think of a singular favourite biographical film of all time, so I'll list the ones who draw as the best.
In no order whatsoever,
Glory
Born on the Fourth of July
Goodfellas
The Untouchables -

I wouldn't call this my "favorite of all time" but I did like the Paul and Linda McCartney movie with Elizabeth Mitchell as Linda.
Also, and this surprised me, Brad Garrett did a good job as Jackie Gleason in that movie. I liked that one as well.
Another one that I just thought of that was pretty good was The Three Stooges and I don't even know who played who but I was pretty impressed with it. I am not even a fan of the three stooges but I like bios.
