Did you have a teacher like Mr. Shoop in the movie "Summer School"?

My 11th grade homeroom teacher bribed us with pizza as an incentive so that we'll put more effort into donating to the Thanksgiving food drive. That November, there was a large basket in every classroom. But my homeroom was hardly bringing anything from home… until his promise. Next thing you know, the basket was practically overflowing.
When the other half of the 11th graders noticed us eating pizza during lunch period, they were pissed and asked their homeroom teacher why they didn’t get that treat. The teacher scoffed, “Oh please!” and thought what my homeroom teacher did was ridiculous. Looking back, of course I disagreed, as I was just an immature kid who was happy to get pizza. But as an adult, I now agree with the other homeroom teacher — giving to the less fortunate is a reward in itself.
Those two homeroom teachers reminded me of Mr. Turner and Mr Feeny respectively (the cool, laid back teacher on "Boy Meets World," and the straight-laced, boring teacher on BMW who cares more about his students’ education than being "cool").
