This one is about Tooth Faeries from what I've gathered. A couple move into an old house to redo it, and the little girl gets into all kinds of mischief by opening up locked doors and going throughout the house where she's told not to.
Of course there's a married couple who are caretakers from way-before.

Interesting. It's definitely got the del Toro vibe going. Reminds me of Pan's Labyrinth mixed with Haunting of Hill House. Also a bit of Rose Red in there.
Why do people never listen to the caretakers who have been there for ages?

Meh. So far this is reminding me a lot of Trolls. I think that's the name of the movie. Maybe not.
Actually it was some movie with Karen Black (I think) that had a bunch of little African tribe dolls with spears attacking everyone.
