I only saw the ending but it has a man get kissed by his wife and then disappear.At that point he realizes he is in an asylum.And starts to scream while his disturbed mind makes him see blood dripping down the walls.Does anybody know what I am talking about?Also the guy looked to be in his 30's.I think this movie was made in the 1980's or 1990's.I also remember that even though he was in an asylum.He wasn't in a straitjacket.

In one part a cute girl is laying on a bed in white pajamas.And has a cross around her neck.And the bed being inhabited by a spirit(Not sure what kind) makes the cross come off.And melts.And then opens and removes her pajama shirt.Do you know what movie I am talking about?
