Did you pick up on it in the beginning? When I saw the breakfast scene I had a thought.
Remember when Sam and Dean went into that hotel and told the woman proprietor to "get her daughters to safety" etc.?

Nice little psychological thriller with not so nice 'characters'. Well worth a watch. Do it!
