Yeah, I feel like that sometimes. I wouldn't go back into education now if you were to pay me. Where would we be without the internetS?

Masters in library science. I also used to work in various book stores in Harvard Square, and I often temped in the textbooks department at the Harvard Coop, in my early-mid 20's. So, that doesn't really qualify me for any high exalted jobs, but I was certainly exposed to a lot of books, just as part of my normal daily work. I can usually do pretty well at guessing the answers on Jeopardy, if nothing else.

              Librarianism is a science?

it's sort of a science, I guess it's not really an ism though. I'm not a big believer in isms, anyway.

And according to Bar Rescue, running a bar/bar tending is a science. They're not drink makers, they're mixologists.

                      That is great!
I wouldn't know the first thing about science!

High school graduate, college dropout. I would have continued if you only had to take classes relevant to your major, but for some reason you have to take history and English no matter what, which are classes I cannot stand. I learned more about history than anyone could ever need to know by middle school, and I CANNOT write one more paper on subjects that don't interest me. I can't! I WON'T!

You are right! Goddammit! You won't sell out to anybody! And that is called integrity. That's called courage. Now that's the stuff leaders should be made of. (I am quoting Al Pacino from Scent of a Woman (1992) - excellent film)
                          But joking aside, that sucks!
