I like to check out more obscure horror but I seem to have hit a dead end recently. By obscure I mean horror that is lesser known or unheard of/underrated/rare/forgotten to that of the more mainstream stuff out there. Anyone have some good obscure recommendations that you liked?
Cheers.

Good recs but
The Wailing
is one of the biggest Asian horror releases of the year and
Tetsuo: The Iron Man
is definitely not obscure!

Watched Darling (2015) and The Voices (2011) during the horror challenge. I'd never heard of either before and they were two of my favorite viewings.
According to me, yes. I am the person it's usually according to when I'm talking. -

A personal favorite of mine that few people seem to have seen is American Nightmare (2002). It's directed by Jon Keyes, and stars Debbie Rochon. It's about a group of college-aged kids listening to a pirate radio station on Halloween night, where they proceed to confess their deepest fears while a killer listens in and proceeds to stalk them and use their fears against them. Really cool underrated flick, and there's one death scene in particular that stands out as extremely intense. Well worth tracking down, and is a really nice change of pace for Halloween time. Anyone else seen it?
Don't give up the fight for truly independent cinema! -

"Schizophreniac: The Whore Mangler" and "Necromaniac: Schizophreniac 2"
"TerrorVision" (This is not the well-known movie, but rather a very rare anthology film that aired a couple times on Lifetime in 1988. I taped it and gave my tape to another guy to upload to YouTube. The rest of the segments should be in the sidebar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeDIbmMyk-s)
"Dumpster Baby"
"Metamorphosis" (1990)
"The House of the Dead" (aka "Alien Zone") (1978)
"The Forest"
"Sickness House" (Only if you're looking for something so bad it's good.) -

I prefer monster horror films, so that definitely flavors my recommendations. And I don't keep up with the news, so I'm not sure if any of the newer ones were actually obscure.
Kingdom of the Spiders
Night of the Lepus
Food of the Gods
Godmonster of Indian Flats
Caltiki, Immortal Monster (I have seen bits of this one; frightened me too much to EVER seek out the entire film)
X The Unknown
Shadow of the Vampire (recommend this one; quite unique)
Prophecy (1979, AKA Prophecy The Monster Movie)
The Blob (1958 - best monster movie EVER, as far as fear is concerned)
Pet Sematary
Christine- Oh, SOMEbody asides me is gonna RUE this here particular day
