I like this movie a lot. It sort of recaptured what horror movies had been before Scream, and before The Blair Witch Project maybe even before American Werewolf in London it had a pretty 70's vibe in a lot of ways. That's a good thing! Awesome movie.
For Grave Encounters I'm Lance Preston. -

A top 100 Horror favorite, one of my 2000s favorites too.
Fun, creepy, and cool
And a great soundtrack:
Peek-A-Boo - Siouxsie and the Banshees
And of course this introduced me to the masterpiece:
Hush, Hush, Here Comes the Bogey Man - Val Rosing and Henry Hall Orchestra

Starts off great, ends a little bit on the lukewarm side. Overall, an enjoyable monster movie that also happens to be directed by a monster as well.
7/10
Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips. -

Got it! I'm just starting to watch it now. Thanks for the rec brah.
Ooh it's got that dink in it, the kid what's his face. He's a good actor he was great in that Sasquatch comedy movie what the fck is it called. The
Sasquatch Dumpling Gang
that's it. I'm secretly hoping this is also a Sasquatch movie. -

Well it's not really a "creature feature" because I think that genre should be reserved for gigantic Apes and Crocodiles and such. Or cyrptids such as Sasquatch of Chubbacabra.
But I did like the supernatural killer guy and this is a very well made film. I also thought the lead roles by the dink and and his sister were good. Very appealing characters.
I'm forced to give it 8/10, and thanks for tricking me into watching JEEPERS CREEPERS, because I had long thought it was "just another cheesy slasher franchise." It isn't, of course.
Who knew?
Good movie.
