No pissing and morning about it?
No debate about whether it should be abolished?
I’m disappointed in you lot.

Us British keep it until the end of March for some reason.
I thought I'd overslept today, checked the news and felt better and then went and verified the news only to find out that I'd overslept
The news isn't winning a lot of fights these days

The US used to, and end it the last weekend of October. Now they moved it up, and extended it to the first weekend after Oct 31 so the little darlings can trick or trick in daylight.

Well at least the trick or treaters makes for an excuse these days!
I understand when the bread would have to be baked before going out to work for most people but since electricity there's no real reason for monkeying around with the clock.
There's a sundial not far from where I live which has never been right. I mean I certainly love the equatorial clock for living but if we're going to invent stuff to accommodate otherwise it best be up to scratch

Shadows arent for free.
"Peter Schlemihl‘s Miraculous Story“
by Adelbert von Chamisso
Peter Schlemihl sells his shadow to the Devil for a bottomless wallet (the gold sack of Fortunatus),
only to find that a man without a shadow is shunned by human societies.
