Yes, she was very beautiful, and played a wonderful characterβ¦
I love how at the beginning of the film, after Jerry Reed's character Thanks her, she turns to him, and says "Aww⦠Horse Bleep"

Conceptually, there are political parties and individuals who feel they have the right to control a woman's body and her reproductive rights, giving more rights to a fetus than to the woman, regardless of circumstances.
If the people continue to outlaw female reproductive care, I can see them wanting to implement something like this to force women into these situations, taking away their freedom.
Obviously, I believe in planned parenthood and reproductive rights for women, so when I see a story about a fetus being given priority over the woman, it comes too close to what's happening now as an invasion of the sovereignty of a woman's own personal body.
As I said, far fetched, futuristic, but I'm thinking about this in more of a theoretical way.

Okay, but it will never get to that. That would have to be part of
an extreme totalitarian military state,
which would make the old USSR
look like a nursery school.
And remember, Abortion and Contraception are both still
completely legal
in this country. So I'm not sure what the
"pink pussy hat"
women are complaining about.

When I watched it, I was thinking the same thing: It's just like Cube, but the people keep resetting. The only thing I can imagine is that it's a way to study how humans learn and process difficulties.
The tree really messed with me.
When she ran across the guy, I thought things were going to change in direction.
That final scene that pans out where you realize it's all these experiences happening was also a lot likeβ¦was it Cube3 maybe? The ending scene of the wall of cubes?

Exit Strategy
An
excellent
film. If you like films about time loops, check out
Resolution
(2012) and then
The Endless
(2017). They're both excellent films by the brilliant Indie producers Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead.
Note: It's best to watch them in chronological order because the first film is interwoven into the second one. It's kind of difficult to explain. You just have to watch the two films.
PS Who is "Sam"??
