I never hurt or kill spiders. If I find one, I place it in a small container and release it safely outside my 164 square foot studio apartment.

Same, I either let them carry on where they are or put them outside, usually when someone at work is freaking out about a spider! It's interesting how the hysterical reaction is so easily picked up upon by the children. I understand the fear but not the killing.
