One language? I already communicate in a second language on here. I also speak rusty korean (far from fluent), know even less mandarin, norwegian, some german and can understand swedish and especially danish. I'm off my anti-psychotics now.
I haven't seen that movie though. I saw the trailer. I haven't watched a movie in ages. That's what happens when you get on those meds, you don't want to do anything.

Actually, I'm just not a fan of Hollywood or movies in general, I'm more of a music person. But I still feel better

It was a great film. But he already got Director and best original screenplay. So 1917 should have won best Picture. You can't have Parasite sweep the Major awards.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times. -

Amazing film. It was truly worthy of being the first non-English language film to win Best Picture at the Oscars. Everything about it is well done. It was my second favorite film of 2019, right behind The Lighthouse, and possibly the best film Bong Joon-ho has made so far.
