Have you seen this movie? I'm at the 25 minute mark (commercial)..
Does it get better? I'm kinda lost, kinda bored, not very interested in some little **** who needs to tell everyone his interest about a spider on the ceiling, or the constant mentions of flowers blooming.

I've never seen it, but it sounds like one of those odd movies you have to struggle through. And I'm not really into Japanese cinema. Good luck.

There's some great Japanese cinema.. Teshigahara, Kurosawa, Ozu, etc..
"A Woman in the Dunes" might still be on YouTube.. Unique movie. There are many others, though, even better.
