The orientation and design and use of Hindu swastikas is different enough to differentiate it.
The way the Nazis pronounce Aryan is different enough to how Indians pronounce it. You don't hear an Indian saying Aryan and immediately think about the Aryan race.
completely hypocritical to bash someone for naming their child Taimur and then not have a problem with the name Aryan as well.
