A day night test at the Gabba, which does not yet have a drop in pitch and may sport a traditional one, alongwith the pink ball zipping around in the evening, might get very interesting for fast bowlers.
One good spell from any of the fast bowlers in both sides can destroy the batting lineups. It will probably come down to Batting lineups and the Aussies are way ahead of Pakistan. However, this Aussie lineup is also prone to the most spectacular of collapses. Expect a 3 day match. -

What a legend Smith is. Give him a weak attack in Australia, he will score at the least 3 centuries in 4 tests. Considering the fact that other than South Africa, every other bowling attack is a joke in Australia, he rules.

Though Smith has scored runs away from home, he is a home ground plunderer. His first innings average is 95, second only to Bradman. Lets see how much he scores in India. Expect his series average in India to be in 30s as Aussies get whitewashed again.

No Voges? I am disappointed.
Anyway, great going for Australia. Pakistan attack was always overrated in Australian conditions. Expect Smith to kick ass throughout the series.
Rabada, Abbot and Philander were far more ominous than these fools here. Amir is the most overrated fast bowler plying his trade right now.
Actually, for Pakistan to put up a fight, Yasir Shah will need to contribute.
