You know wots wierd? I was thinking about something while watching these, only to look at the comments and find that a fair few peeps were thinking the same thing!
I was thinking how unseemly it all was. When I think of the 40s I picture everything being proper and organised, devoid of fun. I think of guys eating breakfast in suit and ties, I think of black coffee and cigarettes, trouser presses and polio.
So it is strange to see people from that time acting like this, like actual people and not stiff robots.
Does that make sense?
