There are a few chaps I follow on YT who call back scammers who try to convince people they owe tax money or whatever, and try to get them to buy Amazon gift cards and meet one of their representatives in some random parking lot to "pay their balance." There are a few guys who will keep them on the line forever, but while they're talking, he's hacking into their computer, gets them on camera, and drains their account from the various people they scammed and returns the money. Hearing them melt down is hilarious. They try hopelessly to cuss him out and call his mother all sorts of names.
Another one is IRLRosie. She's a voice actress who can make her voice sound exactly like Alexa, so she'll go in and out of speaking like an old lady who is confused and can't follow directions (which drives them nuts) then suddenly cuts in with Alexa's voice telling the caller things like, "we have your (the scammer) address as 123 Main Street, (etc.), and your phone number as --____. And she tries to talk them through this elaborate set of directions, and if they screw up, she starts all over again. She's brilliant!
Also, there's a chap I first saw on a TedTalk, James Veitch, who replies to scammers emails, and he writes back to them, because, why not. And he'll try to make relationships with them, and in between asking them questions about why they're writing, trying to get clarification, he'll ask them if they've been to a certain chippy down the street. This can go back and forth for ages until they finally give up because he is incredibly tenacious.
Finally, Pierogi ("Scammer Payback") where he calls companies in India pretending to be bill collectors, tracks down their physical location, gets them on screen via their camera, and gets into their computer to empty their accounts and return the money to the people they've scammed the money from. I've watched one of his videos that was well over an hour because he was so entertaining.
