Do you play any horns at all? My grandson is an expert and plays clarinet, sax, bassoon, trumpet and he just started learning trombone. Because of the double reed, the oboe isn't the easiest of horns. He started with clarinet, because the transition to sax is easier than vice versa.

No, I just can play recorder. I'm good at it in technique/technic and learning lessons.

The best thing for me is that the didgeridoo players hardly take a breath, means, without interruptions using the
