Eveyone is all YAY SPRING one minute, and then we get hit by a snow storm.

Yup, pretty much. It's annoying, but can't really complain much because we barely had any snow this winter.
The days after the snow we are expecting highs of +11, 13 and 15C. It's going to be a huge slushy mess.

Snowed here on April 1 a few years ago and it was depressing. Wasn't used to it and felt it was against laws. Now out west I can believe the snow on the mountains at Prom time of year like in Footloose.
