So, not only was he taking down magnets without asking, but then he started taking down a Christmas photo of my nephew.

Good to hear you haven't been harmed. It wmight be helpful to know where he is on the spectrum, but I don't know how you'd be able to determine that. Just hang in there and be as careful and thoughtful as possible.
If you could find out who some of his previous roomies are, you could ask them about things that set him off in the past. Doubtful if it would be kosher to talk to his parents about it, but it's something to consider.

My daughter had Autism and she never did stuff like that. She did talk to herself though.
She would wear our clothes and take lipstick or nail polish and use our hair stuff.
But she didn't remove things off the refrigerator.
Then again, we had her in rehabilitation for her Autism since she was 3 years old.
So maybe that guy didn't get rehabilitated as well as my daughter was. -

Evict the weird ****. You can't go to sleep at night knowing somebody irrational is in your house. We're supposed to make consessions for mental illness today, but I say **** that. Why should you risk your safety and security because the government won't put the proper measures in place. Get him gone. He needs to be in a specialist until where they can monitor him. Make sure he doesn't buy any weapons, and so on.
He's probably a school shooter in the making and when it happens the media and their bosses, the Dems, will blame the guns.
