Within the last few years she progressed from being the new kid on the block to being one of the biggest artists out at 18 years old. Her brother, Producer Finneas O Connell has been heavily involved in crafting her image and music style, mostly ominous lyrics over low-fi production. She’s known for the creativity and imagery in her music videos.
Now let’s get to the main critiques of her music. She gets rightfully called monotone with production that lacks variety. I personally find her overrated, but she’s 18 and has time to improve. She was entrusted with doing a Bond theme at her young age, which is an incredible accomplishment for anybody.

I like some of her music I just think she’s young and hasn’t reached the full potential of what she can do musically yet.
