He probably made more money (and got extra publicity) because he won the case so itโs a cloud with a silver lining.
I canโt give an actual opinion on wether or not her people stole from him though as I didnโt find either song was worth listening to for more than 30 seconds. I do like how she offered to sing in court after their sound system broke down. -

Well he received what he was entitled to for them using some of his work. That's not exactly a silver lining.

This case was very technical.
Katy Perry's legal team and Flame's legal team relied on their own musicologists to support/defend their side. -

Well, did you watch that video? If so, what is your opinion of Flame vs Katy Perry copyright infringement case, because you really haven't stated anthing other than a general lack of interest in either song and a general sense of apathy towards the case.

I agree with the man who made the video. Some very small similarities with rhythm and effects but not enough to ruin her career. My Sweet Lord sounded a lot more like Heโs So Fine than these two tunes do and George Harrisonโs career survived.

This was a prank clearly, something she assumed (wrongly) that it would be funny.
That makes her an immature asshole - but sexual misconduct? Oh please, it was at a party, not even on set/at work.
I wonder if he'd feel the same if it was his college bros rather than some rich person he can manipulate the situation to get money out of.
