Well, you can own one, but you cannot use it in public. Can't even ride an electric scooter in this country yet they preach about having electric cars by 2035

Here they are on the sidewalks and roads. Companies rent them out downtown and they are parked all over the damn place. You just need the app to rent and activate them.
It's weird because when done you can just randomly leave them anywhere.
