        Claire De Lune!
        Actually it is
        Clair
        De Lune
. There used to be a coffeehouse in San Diego named Claire De Lune, but that was because it was owned by a lady named Claire.

That is quite clever. Although that pun would go unnoticed unless a customer is both familiar of the owner and the Debussy work, let alone its spelling.
There're other business names with similar puns like that that are more obvious to the masses. There's a locksmith in my area called "Sure Lock Homes" (Sherlock Holmes).
I know of a moving company where the owner's name was Jean-Claude, and the company was called "Jean-Claude Van Man."
There's a seafood restaurant called "Frying Nemo" which I think is quite a stupid business decision, you know, to imply that the chefs are killing Nemo in the backroom and put the customers in a position to connect their food with beloved anthropomorphic Disney character with whom people may relate emotionally. People who eat animals don't want to reminded that their food was once alive and had feelings, especially a fictional character who was a child, talked, and had human characteristics.
I am addicted to you; I have tasted your mind, and I cannot forgo its flavor.

Yes, both Platonic Caveman and golfrumors mentioned him. He was a great composer, but
unfortunately I couldn't get everyone in the poll or it would have been way too long.

Okay, the polls are now closed, and the people have spoken.
The Winner with six votes is
                  Johann Sebastian Bach!
                  Congratulations JSB!
                  Beethoven
                  (my guy)
and Chopin tied for second place with two votes, and I STILL can't believe Mozart didn't receive a single friggin' vote!

                          If you're referring to
                          Air de lia
                          , no, not so much.
