Jeff Rosenstock - 3x in Bomb the Music Industry!, twice solo. Hoping to catch him again this spring.
Patrick Stickles four times with Titus Andronicus
I've seen a handful of bands three times but across multiple bands there's Roger Daltrey (twice with the Who, once solo), Craig Finn (twice with the Hold Steady, once solo) and Colin Marston (twice with Gorguts, once with Dysrhythmia).

I've seen country singer Trace Adkins a total of nine times.

Over the years I've seen Horslips, Manfred Mann's Earthband and Hawkwind over a dozen times each.
Jezebelle (an 80's all girl metal band) 9 times. I even had them play at my birthday bonanza once.
Pink Floyd 4 times [once with Roger Waters]
David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, John Mayall's BluesBreakers, Procul Harum and Peter Green's Splinter Group twice each.

I've never been a huge concert goer. I go to maybe 2 or 3 a year on average and generally only for artists I REALLY like and want to see. In my life I've been to maybe 40 or so concerts, maybe 100 if you count small local shows. Not all that many when you figure that's over a 25 year span. The only bands I recall seeing more than once are Metallica 3 times, Dick Dale 2 times and Great White 2 times.
