I just picked the top 2 of my compatibility list. The list is extremely boring although I think all these albums are great, it's still way more classic rock leaning than I'd ever be.

          1. Radiohead - OK Computer
          2. Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
          3. Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
          4. The Rolling Stones - Exile On Main St.
          5. Love - Forever Changes
          6. Sigur Ros - Agaetis Byrjun
          7. The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland
          8. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
          9. King Crimson - In The Court Of The Crimson King
          10. Yes - Close To The Edge
And it pretty much stays with Top 100 artists afterwards (maybe some from the Top 200).

Using the top two people in compatibility list produced this. Pretty generic list of classic Hip-Hop albums.

            1. Midnight Marauders - A Tribe Called Quest
            2. Ready to Die - The Notorious B.I.G.
            3. Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) - Wu-Tang Clan
            4. Illmatic - Nas
            5. The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady - Mingus
            6. Blowout Comb - Digable Planets
            7. It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back - Public Enemy
            8. ATLiens - Outkast
            9. The Low End Theory - A Tribe Called Quest
            10. Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde - The Pharcyde

I haven't found any users I feel are very similar to me, so I'll just do the top 10 as rated by my friends:

              1. DSOTM- Pink Floyd
              2. OK Computer- Radiohead
              3. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy- Kanye West
              4. Wish You Were Here- Pink Floyd
              5. Murmur- REM
              6. Revolver- The Beatles
              7. Ziggy Stardust- David Bowie
              8. The Velvet Underground & Nico
              9. Doolittle- Pixies
              10. Agaetis byrjun- Sigur Ros
I can get behind all but one of these. Not saying any of them are my favorite albums by their respective artists, but I can't complain. Honestly, #11-20 are more my speed:
              11. Loveless- My Bloody Valentine
              12. In the Aeroplane Over the Sea- Neutral Milk Hotel
              13. Magical Mystery Tour- The Beatles
              14. Animals- Pink Floyd
              15. Sgt. Pepper's- The Beatles
              16. Abbey Road- The Beatles
              17. Music Has the Right to Children- Boards of Canada
              18. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot- Wilco
              19. To Pimp a Butterfly- Kendrick Lamar
              20. The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady- Charles Mingus
Excepting the fact that I haven't heard the BoC and I'm not in love with
                YHF
                , overall that's a great bunch there.

I was too far removed from hipsters, millennials, and arrogant, easily-offendable morons (suggest distinctions at whim) for rym.

This place has far more arrogant, easily-offendable morons to be honest. I would say most anonymous message boards on the internet do.

Maybe, but at least here that doesn't include, or it isn't carried over to, moderators.

                      My top 10:

                      1. Led Zeppelin IV
                      2. Sticky Fingers
                      3. Automatic For The People
                      4. Highway 61 Revisited
                      5. Nevermind
                      6. Revolver
                      7. Are You Experienced
                      8. OK Computer
                      9. In Utero
                      10. Wish You Were Here
I gave each of those albums a 5.0 or a 4.5, but I hate how predictable the list is. Highest ranked album I don't own (and therefore never rated) was Who's Next at #38. Siamese Dream was #39, which surprised me because I gave it a low rating.
