Kate Bush at her best is better than most people. Kate Bush at her worst is still better than most people.

You're wrong anyway..
I didn't know a subjective opinion on appearance could be wrong.
I guess I have to learn that some peoples opinions are more important than mine.

Saying you like a particular flavour of ice ream isn't an opinion, it's a statement.
Stop being so serious. It's my opinion that you are wrong re Madonna. She's not even pretty, has a horrible smile & overall has a look of a hooker about her. It's this:

vs this:

It's a no-brainer.
Besides, I think the subjective argument is so yawnworthy. A retard might be of the opinion that the best book ever written is Richard Scarry's Book of Bedtime Stories. He is quite clearly wrong but his brain isn't big enough to know why. There is a difference between opinion &
informed
opinion; if there weren't then Stevie Wonder's views on Tintoretto would be as valid as anyone else's. -

Is the Pope Catholic?
It's no contest. Kate Bush has written, composed and produced most of her music herself, Madonna hasn't, she's a puppet who needs talented writers and producers. Half a dozen people worked on her last four albums, yet her fans have the audacity to criticise other artists for the same thing. She hasn't written the lyrics to a song by herself for 30 years. Kate Bush wrote her critically acclaimed debut album when she was still a teenager. Madonna was releasing cheesy pop songs when she was in her late twenties. No doubt her fans will drag sales and box office receipts into it like they always do when their beloved one is criticised.
Kate Bush has more respect and has influenced countless other credible and acclaimed artists. It's mostly manufactured pop stars who name check Madonna as an influence. Her arrival marks the turning point when the music industry was dumbed down. She's the reason we have the vacuous culture nowadays, everything about her is average - voice, songwriting talent, looks and dancing. Kate Bush is up there with Joni Mitchell. Madonna is nothing more than a 58-year-old Britney Spears.

Yes. That's exactly what I would say if I could put toghether that many words. That said, I rather enjoy some of Madonna's 80's stuff.
And also Speed of Light or whatever that techno album was called. -

If Kate Bush had worked with Madonna's writers and producers, I'd probably like her music better.

I don't get the idea that an artist is a "puppet" because they don't write or produce their own music. If you think Madonna has no say in what goes on her albums you're fooling yourself. In a case like Madonna or Britney Spears i see it more as a team with the writers, composers, producers, and the singer all working and collaborating together for the best final product. Similar to how writers, producers, director and actors work together on a movie.

In the bedroom, Madonna looks to be the more fun, nasty slut. The kind you can shove it in her ass, and then without cleaning off your cock, shove it in her pussy.
Kate Bush, you make sensual love to.
You got the wrong guy, mang. I don't come off no banana boat. -

More naturally-talented, far more attractive & of course English, which always helps.
Not that she'd have wanted to, but there's no way on earth Madonna could have written something as musically sophisticated as Wuthering Heights, or as touching as The Man With a Child in His Eyes, especially not at 14 -

No, not for me. Kate Bush is one of those highly acclaimed artists whose music has never really resonated with me. Granted I'm not overly familiar with her catalog but that's because what I have heard didn't resonate with me. She seems really talented though so it might be a case where her music would grow on me.
