No, Uncle Charlie was a psychopath and misogynist but not sexually interested in his victims. In fact, there's no indication that he was attracted to
any
woman including his niece. The women that he murdered were repulsive to him. He may very well have been gay. Maybe murdering women was his way of coping with his own sexual insecurity.
