That is heard several times. How do you meet someone at a corner, when no intersection is given?

Maybe the street has a sharp bend in it, referred to as 'the corner'.

Possible.
but, it seemed to me to be a perfect stupid comment by one of the Marx that didn't make any sense, but was completely understood as accurate by everyone who heard it. Marx bros. movies seem filled with them.
