Finland is still a possibility, I suppose. I've always imagined it to be difficult to buy land there though, as is common with European countries.

The one thing America does have is a quality infrastructure. Pipes work, roads are better maintained than in many places. You notice these differences when you go abroad.
I knew a girl who moved from US to France and she regretted it for these reasons.
