Were they really swingers or just generous/hospitable people? They didn't ask the teenage couple for sex or anything.

I thought they were just friendly tourists who wanted to hang out with the locals. Sometimes you will be in a restaurant and tourists will ask you about another place to eat or a show to see or local attraction. No, I didn't think them to be swingers or the like, just friendly people who liked to party a little.
