I don't think there's one right answer, but I'd probably tell them if they don't find out when they hit double digits. Maybe help soften the blow by having them get involved in playing Santa for the younger kids. That's what made me love finding out. Made me feel adult.

lol i would tell the truth. i think the reason why your kid is not believing it anymore is bc he might have heard it from other kids in school, or they told him about it, or he read it somewhere, so there is practically no way for you to keep up that lie anyway.
