They did an up to date remake of this on the Sci Fi channel. Anybody seen it? I've been looking for information on it everywhere.

I've never heard of any remake of this movie other than the HBO version made in the 1990s, with Darryl Hannah and Daniel Baldwin. Maybe Kanye West made a music video spoofing it, but other than that, I don't think the version you describe exists.

I seem to remember there was a 50 Ft.Woman spoof displayed during the music video song, "CALL ME",performed by the music group,GO WEST. Perhaps that's the Kanye West version he speaks of. Believe me I know,I still have the video copy.
