Will the Real Martian Please Stand up is the one that immediately comes to mind for me. I also like the twist in Time Enough at Last. I don't want to give it away if people haven't seen it, but is isn't scary, just kind of shocking. I'm also in complete agreement with Eye of the Beholder.

I'm like most of the people on here, in that I can't really state just one. I loved the episode with Art Carney as a derelict who becomes Santa Claus. The others that have been mentioned here are good, too, and I'd add "In Praise of Pip" with Jack Klugman.

The one that comes to mind is definitely "A Nice Place To Visit".
I remember as a kid that Sebastian Cabot was still very much Mr. French to me, and a kind nice man, so it made the twist even better in my case.

Sebastian Cabot, in my opinion, takes that from an average-at-best episode to a pretty good one.

Great episodes listed in this thread! Well, I'll have to go with one I don't think was mentioned, and that was People Are Alike All Over. Not one of my favorite episodes. Roddy Mcdowell sure gets on my nerves as portraying such a wimp! And it is a bit cheesy. But it did have a strange bit of a twist ending.

That is a good choice. No one ever really talks about that episode.

Cookbook was one of the most memorable. But being in "the other place" was also awesome.
Luke Skywalker, your Mom was hawt!
                  Darth Vader

I thought the twist was good in that but the episode quite contrived. The Franchot Tone character was supposed to be skint, so I'm wandering how much it would have cost to build the room. It doesn't look cheap. Apart from that I enjoyed the execution of the episode.
I like the twist in Judgement Night.I found when Lanzer came to the realisation of the situation to be quite impactful.

"I Shot An Arrow Into The Air." Hands down best TZ twist ever, even if it sort of defies logic that mission control wouldn't be looking on the ground for a crashed rocket
In my opinion, that twist was the inspiration for the controversial ending to Frank Darabont's 2007 Stephen King adaptation "The Mist" which gave moviegoers a brutally ironic
                      deus ex machina
similar in tone to that particular TZ episode. A gotcha ending that people either loved (like me) or hated.

"One batch, two batchPenny and dime."

I think the ending is great. Its the rest of the episode I don't like. It - pardon the pun - fell a little flat for me.

One of my favourite episodes. I really like the narration in that.
'You scramble up rock hills and feel the hot sand under your feet and every now and then, take a look over your shoulder at a giant sun suspended in a dead and motionless sky, like an unblinking eye that probes at the back of your head like a prolonged accusation'

Mr. Garrity and the Graves. I love John Dehner and his character has so much fun. Making the town believe ghe can bring back the dead, and then it really happens in the end. Great ending.

There are so many episodes with great twists, but the two that really stand out for me is one that several others have pointed out: "Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up." The other (which no one else has cited) is, "The Long Morrow", in which a time-travelling astronaut returns to earth with a very unique twist. Both are real classics.

A lot of great ones have been mentioned. I personally love "Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up", "The Invaders", and "Eye of the Beholder".
But unquestionably the greatest Twilight Zone twist ending is that of the episode "A World of His Own", where we find out who really controls the Twilight Zone!

I always loved Roddy McDowell. There was always something very touching and vulnerable in his performances. Being a closeted gay male at a time when society condemned such a lifestyle must have been incredibly difficult. He was a beloved person and had an enormous group of friends. He was a wonderful confidante. I remember once reading that someone asked him to write a book about all the secrets he had on his friends. He replied something to the effect, "Well if I did that, then I wouldn't have any friends, would I?"
