I'm wondering if anybody can help me out hereI absolutely cannot figure out what everybody's screaming after the Bat kills Judy on the stairs, I especially can't understand what Dale's screaming but she seems to repeat herself. Can anybody help me out here?

I've thought about that, Filmyou'll note when they find Mark Fleming in the closet, his neck is hidden in shadows so we really can't see much of anythingbut you'll also note when the Bat strikes him he just hits him in the throatit could be and I'm only grasping at straws but it could be he died from that hit to the throat but the Bat, wanting to be sure, and to leave his trademark, ripped his throat, and if such was done AFTER Mark died, there wouldn't be blood would there since it's always said that dead people don't bleed?
As for Judy that one's harder to explain except that it was the 50s and they didn't have to put in blood everywhere to make it look good, notice when Mr. Davenport is shot, NO blood, he just falls to the ground and dies. It's too bad they can't still do that in movies, making something look realistic is fine but there's such a thing as overdoing it.

LOL! There's all this talk of throats being ripped out etc. but from what we see, the corpses all appear to be in pretty much pristine condition, with not a drop of blood to be seen. Judy barely seems to be no more than caressed on the stairs, before being cited as deceased.

I know! That always confused me as a kid because she didn't look dead. And I was always watching thinking maybe I was missing something, maybe there was something there that would show her throat torn open.
