Wrong.
In the first half, Christiane expresses dissent about the killings, and it's true that she initially does not actively seek to stop them, seemingly out of hope for her father's would-be achievements. But do you somehow forget that she was the one who ended the violence by freeing the victim and releasing the dogs on her father? -

I know that, but she didn't release the victim cause she wanted to end the violence, but cause she was a kind of certain that her father would not help her but if she knew that her father can do it,she wouldn't realease the victim, and that's what happened in the first half of the movie, she knew that there was a victim but she didn't speak a word for she thought that her father gave her a new really face,so I think that the girl was selfish and evil.

Christiane is not a good person. She makes no move to help the first girl she finds in the operating room. (And there was at least one more before her; probably many.) Her father and her nurse express moral qualms about what they're doing, but she never does.
She blames her father for what he did to her. She feels malice towards him and the nurse. But she's not malicious enough to leave the last girl tied to the operating table. I was relieved that she let the girl go, but it barely makes up for her prior selfishness.

yeah I definitely felt like the only reason she let the last girl go was because she had lost all hope that the operations would ever be successful. She didnt seem to show any remorse when they all thought the edna operation was a success.
I think the ending showed that she had felt some guilt for what they were doing but was ultimately ok with it as long as she got her new face, and only when it appeared that that was never going to happen and she had lost any faith she had left did she finally decide to put a stop to it all.

I would also agree. I thought it was stupid how the girl without the face let some birds and dogs go free and appears almost heroic at the end of the movie, but she let several blue-eyed young women die and have their families miss them worry about their mysterious dissapearance for a superficial reason, she did not need the face to live.
