No Hallowe'en episode

I wish they'd done an episode focused on Hallowe'en. The Gruesomes could have been included & it would've been memorable.
For that matter, I wish they'd done more than one Christmas episode! The one they did was classic. And I don't count the ones made in the 1970s, with Henry Corden voicing Fred. Alan Reed was the best!

I believe the Wayouts Episode happened on or around Halloween.
Was it? I thought it was the Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes Costume Ball. It wasn't really tied to Hallowe'en.
I'll have to watch it again. You inspired me, Oddark123.
Then again, I'll watch it again because of that catchy tune by the Way-Outs.
Meanwhile, I don't know how I remember this:
I had a Flintstones colouring/activity book back when I was growing up. I remember seeing a picture of a few kids at the Flintstones' door, waiting to candy. They are dressed up for Hallowe'en.
Fred is there with a handful of candy canes.
A little unorthodox, but the intent is there, I guess.

I put it on, and I think it is only referred to as a Water Buffalo affair, with no direct ties to Halloween. Although historically speaking that is the time most clubs would hold masquerade balls. So that's probably why I made the mistake.
However certainly there are plenty of things that would usually be associated with a halloween episode in that specific episode. I wouldn't be surprised if it was used to pad out a halloween marathon because of it.

That's a VERY good point. I just watched the episode, and it isn't really said if it was for Hallowe'en. For the purpose of arguing, I'll say it is, too.
I concede the point.

The Gruesomes two episodes and A Haunted House is not a Home, all from 5th season, fall 1964, are Halloween episodes.>! Not a fan, sorry, of their Christmas episode but they should have tried again..!
Amanda Bynes is hot and Lindsay Lohan is not.

Typical of the era: one Christmas episode that could be repeated every year. Rarely if ever were any other holidays acknowledged prior to the 1970s. Probably had to do with syndication; they didn't want episodes to air out of season.
