The episode kind of unfolds right after Fred picks up the one lady on the side of the road. She whispers something in his ear, and Fred panics.
The bus and Fred are unaccounted for, and Pebbles and AA Carborundum are on the phone, taking calls from concerned parents.
I have no idea what the big commotion was. What happened? I think I missed something.
    Thanks, everyone.

Parents were calling the bus company because Fred delivered kids to the wrong homes or left them in the middle of traffic! He was of course stressed.
The woman who whispered in his ear was in labor. She had triplet girls (all named after Fred)

I remember as a kid watching this episode, I had no idea she was pregnant!
I guess in 60s cartoons, you couldn't say "pregnant" nor could they make pregnant women LOOK pregnant. So they had to IMPLY it!
