Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Carnival of Souls

one was the girl in the water.. all we can see is her head, with her hair over one side, very sinister, very still, looking right at the camera.
another was the parallel patterns on the front of the jukebox. we're not sure what the ##%% we're looking at.. camera slowly pans up to the top of the jukebox.
another when she's in the alley at the bus station; she's at the bottom of the shot, and most of the photo is the row of air conditioners shown from the roof down to the street level.
with the creepy music, i kept expecting vincent price to walk in at any moment. I loved when the man at the bus station announces: "East bound bus now loadinggate nine." no destinations mentioned, just some bus going east.

God, that would have made an already awesome movie PERFECT!
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he wasn't a great big pansy.

I was expecting Vincent Price and boobies, all I got was a bus leading to nowhere.
