It's just worthy to note that Bond has to roll with the times. He might be the same old dinosaur with his ways but the world around him doesn't stay the same for long

I think the Casino Royal remake showed that he had true feelings for Vesper and maybe he felt ****ed over her and became jaded feeling but he also fell in love with Mr. Whites daughter in the last of these Daniel Craige version of bond movies and wasn’t shown to be as much of a man whore.

Now, I've seen plenty of these movies, but I must say James Bond is the most overrated character of all time. He's not an interesting fellow but rather a sleazebag and manwhore who won't take no for an answer and is always given the easy way out, no matter how dire the situation is.
                    Totally agree.
When you have seen one Bond movie you have seen them all.
And since when are girls so easy?
Is that just a Bond movie thing or do they really drop their drawers for a rich playboy?
I wouldn't know but this being a movie is easy to see why it looks unbelievable.
Every time (Sean Connery's Bond) picks up a woman, he forces her to meet him at an appointed time or "else."
There is interview footage out there of Sean pridefully admitting that it's OK to hit or slap women if they get out of line.
Seems like that aspect of him and his character are one and the same.

Yep, strange. I saw every Bond film from Dr. No to Tomorrow Never Dies. The formula is the ****ing same every time, everybody falls for it, and they keep showing up for the next one anyway!

You also bring up a good point of how the villain has him and gives him a chance to get away instead of an instant death as he does to them.
Which we have seen in so many other movies where the main bad guy doesn't kill the "hero" but instead gives a speech or may give him some torture or pain but not enough to let him get out of it (A piece of broken glass happens to be near his bound hands which he uses to cut the rope) and turn the tables with a no mercy instant kill with a catch phrase that becomes a bumper sticker and on T shirts.
