The only Daniel Craig movie I've seen is Skyfall, which I didn't really care for. Haven't seen the other Craig movies; to keep it simple, though, these rankings are for the original 20 movies before the reboot, and do not include the non-EON Bond films.
Based on my personal tastes, listed from 'worst' to 'best'
20. On Her Majesty's Secret Service
19. Die Another Day
18. Moonraker
17. Thunderball
16. The World Is Not Enough
15. Tomorrow Never Dies
14. Octopussy
13. Diamonds Are Forever
12. A View To A Kill
11. You Only Live Twice
10. License To Kill
9. For Your Eyes Only
8. The Living Daylights
7. Live And Let Die
6. Dr. No
5. The Spy Who Loved Me
4. From Russia With Love
3. Goldeneye

I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman

I only like when Sean Connery is doing Bond, but I have seen a FEW of the newer ones with Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig
Top 3:
3. Dr. No (Even though the movie isn't perfect, there is a huge indescribable nostalgia to it when I watch, therefore, still very watchable)
2. Goldfinger (Two of the best villains I've ever seen)- From Russia With Love (The acting is great, the plot is seriously engaging and oh my god, the train fight scene it's fantastic!)
Worst:
Quantum Of Solace (Didn't hate it, but it was meh.)
Never Say Never (The plot is terrible, Sean Connery hasn't got the charm anymore and the music is awful)
- From Russia With Love (The acting is great, the plot is seriously engaging and oh my god, the train fight scene it's fantastic!)

Of course Sean Connery tops the list and Casino Royal was an excellent reboot, although part-2 "Quantum" was unfortunately a boring disappointment. Most of the ok/mediocre titles were from the Roger Moore era, then Timothy Dalton brought back a bit of refreshing toughness but it was short-lived. And with all due respect I simply did not like Pierce Brosnan as Bond, way too many sexual innuendo "jokes", a bit too girly version of the character and some cheesy chase scenes (rooftop motorcycle with handcuffed girl, etc.). Most of the Brosnan fans put Goldeneye on top but I hated it except for maybe Onatopp's thighs. The horrible CGI kite-surfing scene in Die Another Day was cringe-worthy, not his fault of course, more of a production faux-pas. Going back, Moonraker was pure cheese, one Jaws feature was enough and his "girlfriend" thing was just silly camp. A View to a Kill was scraping the bottom of the barrel (although I usually LOVE Christopher Walken, what a shame). Roger Moore stayed on at least one episode too long and seeing him in the sack with that stick insect was beyond nauseating. So onto the list:
GREAT:- From Russia with Love
- Thunderball
- Dr. No
- You Only Live Twice
- Casino Royale
- Goldfinger
PRETTY GOOD: - On Her Majesty's Secret Service
- Skyfall
- For Your Eyes Only
- The Living Daylights
- The Man with the Golden Gun
- Live and Let Die
- Never Say Never Again
NOT SO GOOD: - The Spy Who Loved Me
- Octopussy
- Licence to Kill
- The World Is Not Enough
- Tomorrow Never Dies
- GoldenEye
THE BOTTOM: - Die Another Day
- Diamonds Are Forever
- Moonraker
- Quantum of Solace
- A View to a Kill
Interesting to compare with other "best and worst" Bond movie lists:

I don't actively dislike any of the 007 films. Just some entertain me more than others. The lowest mark I'd give any of them is a 6/10. Not seen Skyfall yet. -
