Yes. totally nude models were used in the Maintitles of some of the films. Like The Spy Who Loved Me, you can hint pubic hair of the gymnasist jumping girl and the woman caressing herself on the floor in Man With Golden Gun pretitle. Maurice Binder said in interview that when he complained about the models big visual bush, he asked her to shave her venusmound. She said absolutely NO (Those were the days when women wanted to be natural!). Finally she accepted a hair trimming and Moore came into the rather private room while Binder was trimming her bush! Hooo!

Never Say Never Again: When Sean Connery and Barb Carrera are in the boat making love, you can briefly see one of her nipples.
The Man With The Golden Gun: Chew Mee skinny-dipping, you can see her thick pubic bush clearly through the water.
Thunderball: The blonde nurse at Shrublands, you can see an entire silhouette of her nude body behind the steamed glass door to the steam room.
Thunderball: Fiona Volpe shows a LOT of her breasts. (And man, does she have a lot to show!!) No nipple shots though, at least I don't think.
Goldfinger: Dink rubs her big jugs practically all over Bond when giving him a massage.
For Your Eyes Only: Bibi No. I just can't say anything about Bibi. -

At the entrance of Dr. No's base, when Honey (Ursula Andress) has gotten out of the shower and just before putting on the robe (01:19:54), you can clearly see full frontal nude shot of her for a moment. I wonder how that scene not cut out at the editing room.
She's not really nude. 13 year old me spent a lot of time trying to pause the VHS at just the right spot to get a better look, for "research" purposes.
I'm surprised they left it that way though. It would definitely look like full on nudity to any parents watching with their kids.
