Squire Allworthy's sister Bridgit who died in the coach crash was his mother. I'm still trying to figure out the father.

Tom's father was a young man whom Brigit had a relationship with when Squire Allworthy was away from the estate. She loved him, but he died before Brigit knew she was pregnant.
It has been said that Tom is her child of love and Blifil her child of hate. She married Captain Blifil to avoid the stigma of being a spinster.

Venus-25 says > Tom's father was a young man whom Brigit had a relationship with when Squire Allworthy was away from the estate. She loved him, but he died before Brigit knew she was pregnant.
No, his father was unknown. While that's interesting information you've provided, we're discussing the movie not the book. What you're saying here, I have to assume, came from the book because it was not in the movie. The movie is a self-contained entity. Some information from the book was, apparently, left out so we can only know what was included in what we saw.
It has been said that Tom is her child of love and Blifil her child of hate. She married Captain Blifil to avoid the stigma of being a spinster.
Again, I don't believe any of this was in the movie. However, we can surmise that Bridget left her brother the note revealing Tom was her son for a reason. We can assume she waited until her death to reveal the truth because she was happy her brother raised Tom as his own and she didn't want to suffer whatever penalty he might have inflicted on her for jeopardizing their family name.
She must have had some idea that her revelation could have a negative impact on Blifil's inheritance. There's no indication she was in an unhappy marriage but even if she had been it's unlikely she would have held it against her son. He did seem genuinely upset over the loss of his mother. He didn't stand to inherit anything from her as he did from his uncle yet he seemed more brokenhearted by her death than the possibility of his.
Woman, man! That's the way it should be Tarzan.

Tom's father was Mr. Summer, one of the many characters left out from the movie.
This world is a comedy to those that think, a tragedy to those that feel.

Someone already answered regarding his mother, and his father is Mr. Summer
