Not that it matters, the movie is one of the best comedies of all time. Easily the best in the series.

Maurice didn't kill anyone, but he was blackmailing the Madame along with Dudu, who had seen the Madame kill Miguel. I think Monsieur Ballon killed Georges the ghardener for trying to blackmail him and for carrying on with his wife.
