What are people's favourite lines from CS&TM? Lets Start with my signature first! And to add a second,
'This is an operational base, not a rest centre!'
    "Do I get a coconut?"
"If we get out of this, I'll buy you all the coconuts you can eat!"

      SIG!
I remember once they said they used SIR as the opposite of SIG but I'm not sure they ever actually used it.

Its either Lunarville 7 or Crater 101. I think its Lunarville 7.

I don't know the name of the episode, but it was regarding the Lunar 'colony' declaring itself independent and that the "Controller" claimed he had been in contact with the Mysterons and the Mysterons gave the lunar colony "exemption" from attach. Or, something of that sort.
            Does that help?

That episode would be Crater 101. 🙂

Most of the lines between Captains Blue and Ochre in "Flight to Atlantica" just crack me up.
"We have a green light. Yippeee!" Ochre
                "Very Good." Blue
"What a bang! Can we do that again?" Blue
"Now why did they have to go and do that? That was a great tune." Blue after they were hit by the missile. It was actually a terrible tune! g
I could go on but I'll be here forever. There's lots of others but I don't know them off by heart, or the exact episode, like in "Attack on Cloudbase" where Captain Blue tells Col. White that Captain Scarlet is dead. I can never remember the exact words but it's kind of "You don't understand. He's absolutely, completely, finally dead." I'll have to go home and look up the exact quote.

In the episode "White As Snow" just after the gun battle between Scarlet and the mysteron replicant has just ended resulting in both being killed.
Submarine Captain: (To Colonel White, referring to Scarlet) Sir i don't think you appreciate that the man is dead.
Colonel White: Thats No Excuse !!

In "attack on cloudbase" White keeps telling Scarlet to lean in closer and then says "If we somehow make it out of this, get a haricut." and Captain Blue ask's Scarlet "well, what did he want" and Scarlet responds "He was just keeping me in line. He's a really great guy." That whole dialog cracks me up everytime I hear it.

Did anyone notice that in the 'Attack on Cloudbase' episode, that Doctor Fawn's 'assistant' was Captain Black?
Memorable quote BLUE: Captain Scarlet are you all right? (SCARLET is looking queasy, his Mysteron sense is warning him) SCARLET: I don't know..my..my head..'
Don't know why but that line cracks me up.

I noticed it, c-stratford1. I cant remember (and I'm to tired to put the dvd on to check), but was there creepy mysteron music playing when Capt. Black shakes his head no to Capt. Blue?

Possibly.. I don't remember either! I loved this episode 'cos it's a variation on the standard(and much loved)Anderson 'hang on a minute, it was all a dream' formula. Brilliant also was that a lot of the characters behaved either out of character or in exaggerated form of their character Magenta getting over-excited in the tracking room, Colonel White being ice cool and terribly British (despite the fact that the actor who voiced him, Donald Grey, was South African!)in the face of certain destruction, etc etc
Best quote, Captain Scarlet gets 'volunteered' to take over the air patrol after an Angel is shot down. 'No sir! Let ME go!'and the Angel on the flight deck says, in a music hall French accent, 'Mon Dieu, Non! Non!' instead of the more realistic'Okay, then, cheers, Cabbage!' that might be expected when someone's been daft enough to volunteer for a kamikaze attack..

It freaked me out, I once had the video (Captain Scarlet vs. The Mysterons) which combined "The Mysterons" "Winged Assassain" "Seek and Destroy" and "Attack On Cloudbase" and I thought it was wierd that Black was there and no-one seemed to notice! I remember thinking, "its Black, get him!".
That said, why would the mysterons fire when there own man is there? And how'd he get on board without anyone noticing! Still rather irritating! Ah well.
                            "Do I get a coconut?"
"If we get out of this, I'll buy you all the coconuts you can eat!"

by the way, in the episode (im not sure if it was used in more than one episode but it was definitely in this episode) "Renegade Rocket" they used the phrase SIR, Scarlet says "Sorry Colonel, radio S.I.R." It was used in another episode technically, not in an actual situation though, when White, Scarlet and Blue are explaining the various Cloudbase systems to Dr. Kurnitz they explain what both SIG and SIR mean.
One thing I liked was whenever anybody in Spectrum heard Captain Black speak (Symphony in Manhunt and Scarlet in Special Assignment for example) the next line that was spoken by them was always "That voice."

More memorable quotes ( to me anyway).
In 'White as Snow' BLUE is temporarily left in command of Cloudbase and becomes a power-crazed dictator! The Angel's dismayed reaction to Blue's news that 'all off duty personnel will report to the sick bay where Doctor Fawn will give a lecture on the lower primates' is " A talk on MONKEYS? That's all we need"
'Lunarville 7 ' contains another classic in "Let them plot, Orson..they're trapped on Lunarville 7. We will deal with them.. at our leisure" (The Lunarville 7 boss does everything but rub his hands together and go 'mwa-ha-ha!'). IMHO the best piece of scenery-chewing puppet acting ever!
A cup of the old chai, Mr Deltoid?

YES! That is my favorite line!!
                                  Also like:
Captain Scarlet tied up and gagged Colonel White in the episode "White as Snow" and when Scarlet was killed defending White against a mysteron agent, one of the men aboard this submarine found Captain White.
Captain White: When we get back on Cloudbase, he'll be court marshalled!
Man: I dont think you seem to understand sir, this man is dead!
                                  Captain White: THATS NO EXCUSE!
There were a lot of really cute jokes in the show I liked the humor.

It has to be the one where they have an outpost in the African plains disguised like a hunting lodge, and when one Spectrum officer enters through the front door, the one already sat in the front room says:
                                      "Hello Tiger!"
which I think was his codename, but it made them sound like they were either a pair of wealthy gaddabouts still trawling for booty or a couple of old fruits!
