I've watched Captain Scarlet from the 60's but have only recently noticed that the Captain Black who ordered the original attack at the beginning has a completely different head to the villain we know and love.Wonder why? Couldn't they just have given him dark evil eyes or something?

It's actually the same head, it just has all the colour drained out of it.

      "It's a big estate"
