You can. Scroll down your profile page until you reach themes and click on whatever is showing. You'll get a dropdown with all the themes. After you've picked the one you want scroll down and click save changes. This works on my phone.

I changed to the Patrick theme 2 weeks ago,
and refuse to change. The others are too dark or bright, this one is the shade of grey, so to speak.
